Our home stands among the vines of our vineyards and it is essential for us to be at one with a protected environment. We grow our vines respecting their biodiversity and observing the European standards regulating guided, integrated viticulture.
The river Piave is the force behind our territory; through continuous flooding it has scattered Dolomite rocks with different sediments which create original environments. Fontanelle vineyards: clay and a desiccated clay layer known as caranto, rich in calcium and magnesium, together with the local microclimate give personality, flavour and long life to wines.
Valgranda vineyards: gravelly, sandy soil with an undulating surface gives wine an intense perfume.
Baite vineyard: sandy/clayey soil gives the wine texture and perfume.
The different vineyards and our experience in cultivating them provide excellent wines, notwithstanding diverse characteristics: from well-structured reds to delicate, fruity whites.
